Penalty Cup is currently a free solo beta. We collect only what is needed to run the game, improve the experience, and respond to feedback.

Information You Provide

If you submit feedback, we collect the message, selected topic, optional email address, and gameplay context such as role, matchup, score, and reward code. If you email us directly, we receive the information included in your email.

Local Game Data

The game may store local browser data such as assigned teams, player names, reward status, and feedback drafts or records. This helps the free beta keep a consistent assigned matchup and avoid resetting on every refresh.

Hosting And Logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Server logs may include technical information such as browser type, request time, IP-derived network information, and error details. These logs help us operate and debug the site.

Accounts, Purchases, Ads, And Analytics

Full account, purchase, subscription, advertising, and analytics features are not part of the current free solo beta. If those features launch, this policy will be updated before they are used for live players.

Children

The beta is intended for players age 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13.
